I am really not happy about my blackberry ID password that do not want my log in. I have change it, but still nothing happens. I put it in for more thirty times and an error notification pop say i must use that service after 15 minutes and it frustrated me. Hi I have been a loyal blackberry supporter from 2011, I have had 10 Blackberries thus far and the sad thing is that they all got lost and some I got mugged. In October 2014 I lost my 9320, then I bought the Z10 same month and I lost it in November 2014, then on the 19 December I bought a Z3 and I got mugged and it disappeared, out of all these blackberry devices I lost, not even one of them was traced and they were on blackberry protect but it seems not to be working at all. My gf switched from blackberry after she lost hers and she used an iPhone, she also got robbed but she retrieved her phone after 3 days. Whats wrong with bb protect, I am a bit skeptical about bb now I think I wanna change to iphone. Have a bb on contract with mtn. The phone got damaged irrepairable and was fixed under warranty, refurbished, (got someone elses scrap phone that does'nt work) when the battery ran flat we couldn't charge it. I purchased a blackberry 9720 cell phone on 2013-12-24 from Markham store, blue Route Mall, Tokai for R 2499-00 cash . In June 2014 I started experiencing problems with the cell phone in that the scroll button had become faulty . I took the phone back to Markham who offered to send it in for repairs to MTN Canal Walk and that it will take approximately three weeks for the cellphone to be booked in . I asked her if it was a common problem with such a model of phone and she replied by saying yes and that it was a common problem with these blackberry phones . In July last year I purchased a Blackberry 9360 from MTN Northgate. Two months ago the phone refused to charge. Since it was under warranty,it was sent back and deemed unfixable. I was issued a new 9360 and now this phone is also giving me problems. The phone dies suddenly even with plenty of battery life. The phone's signal turns on and off uncontrollably and the battery life fluctuates from fully charged to literally no battery life in a matter of seconds,whether being used or not. It often just dies right after being fully charged. This is the second 9360 I've been given and once again the phone does not work properly. I am extremely unhappy as the phone does not work and when sent in for repairs causes a major inconvinience. Please note this is the second 9360 Curve and it is equally as problamatic as the first. Any response would be greatly appreciated

I have a BB Bold. It is TOTALLY USELESS BB services are also useless! The phone freeze, the Internet connection is mal-functioning,phone calls are disconnected in the middle of conversations or the calls do not connect at all, the battery life is up to @#*¥, BlackBerry's technical team = BB phone.... (NO GOOD, USELESS) I had my phone serviced (which included the complete whipe out of the hard drive - including all my data, downloading of so-called "updated software" which provved to be atiquated, rebooting and "advise" to take out the battery and recharge the phone if it gives me any more trouble... This doesn't only waste my time, but cause the functioning of the phone to be even worse. It is the biggest crap cell phone I ever had. No wonder BB has problems staying on the market. You do not even TRY to do anything to complaints. Maybe you should dissapear from the cell phone market for good. You are a DISGRACE to the word: Cellphone.

I am stuck with your 9790 model, to be bland it is rubbish to say the least, I had to think about the words to be polite, if it is not the battery overheating, the phone dials the last recorded number by itself, lately the camera doesn't work I returned the phone and was replaced under warranty....Sir to be competitive in today's society, you need to sell a product that works and lasts...what happened to the Blackberry?, from old?

1. 12 February 2013 - I took out a contract for my son on for a Blackberry 9320 Black on a Top up 135 package at Vodacom, Waterstone Village.
2. 17 February 2013 - It went in for repairs at Waterstone on 17 February 2013 for poor battery life.
3. 28 February 2013 - It was taken in again for operating system hanging, Phone crashes after about ten minutes after phone is turned on.

5. 21 July 2013 - In despiration, we then took it to Vodacom Customer Care at Somerset Mall.on hoping we would get better service.It went in for poor battery life, the device switched off on its own even though battery showed fully charged. When was fully charged the signal switched off reporting that battery too low for radio use.
We need to take it in again now as the phone still switches itself off on

hi there. I have a blackberry 9810 that i got on a vodacom contract. my phone started to switcing itself off at first and the on friday 23/08/2013 my phone wont work. It said insert sim, so on saterday i took it to my service provider ( Vodacom ). They sended it away to the repairs centrum in Nelspruit. Ysterday they phoned me and said that i can come and collect my phone as it was back from repairs. I picked up my phone and tested it at home, but it still isnt working. So today i went back and asked why my phone isnt fixed and they said that the phones simcard reader has pins that is broken and that i have to pay R4041.80 for a cellphone exchance because they wont fix it under warrenty because it has been abused. I have a blackberry 9320. It is not even a year old yet.It keeps on rebooting it self,more than four times after each other, my battery is half or fully charge, then it says "battery is to low for radio use" and on top of it all the paint of the cover is coming off, and it is most of the time in a cover. three weeks ago I took it to vodacom care sentre. I have had my BB9300 for just over a year, in that year I have had to send in the phone because the scroller just keeps running up, they fixed it and put a refurbished sticker on the inside of my phone. I received the phone back after three weeks, a very great inconvenience to, because I was without a phone for that time! I got my Blackberry Z10 in April this year. From sometime in May the phone kept rebooting it self. Since two days ago it now switches off and refuses to switch back on. Only after I take out the battery and wait for a few minutes does it, if I am lucky the first time, switch back on. It is now so frustrating. Blackberry bold 9900 upgraded in December 2012 in January this year the phone kept hanging and bombed out when bluetooth was switched on. Two of my Blackberry 8520 Handsets have failed within the second year of warranty. Fault: Keypad and Trackball, non-functional and rubberised buttons on top of phone, perished. I recently purchased R180 mtn pay as you go airtime. After loading that airtime, I received a message from mtn stating that i have R90 free, mtn to mtn calls only.
The problem is, that the supposed R90 that was to be free, was taken off my bought airtime...this causes two problems; first off it expires in a few days, and the second is that I cant use this airtime to other cellular services.
That being said, I complained to mtn, but had a response sating that I have chosen blackberry BISBES and not BIS Absolute.
Can this be reverted, me getting refunded, so that I may choose the bis option?

Since friday (3 may 2013) my dp was not changing and my messages was not going through too any of my contacts is is very annoying °? tried everything rebooting too plenty of times till today I cannot send messages to my friends. How can °? solve this problem can °? get help?

I have been using BlackBerry for years now and since my phone was stolen and I got a BlackBerry curve 9320 it has been the worst phone I have ever had I have the bright pink one and althoug its kept in its BlackBerry cover most of the time I have noticed the paint has begun to peel off making the phone look disgusting and cheap! My battery has a life of a couple of hours if I am lucky and it freezes constantly.
